Baby Dylan leaving the hospital

Baby Dylan's first ride in the car to his new home! Dad and Mj met us at the hospital to help us gather all of our stuff and we got to take our beautiful baby Dylan home! I rode along side Dylan in the back and snapped the pic of his happy daddy driving us home! Lil Dylan slept the whole way home and we came home to a decorated house. Summer and Mj had decorated the house with a banner and even made us a cake!
