Dylan turned 1 and a half on August 24th:) Why not celebrate the half birthdays too?! We thought it was the perfect excuse to eat ice cream cake and open presents;) I found this idea for a half birthday cake on pinterest a couple months before and just knew we had to do it for Dylan this year. The lady at the store pretty much thought I was crazy when I asked to her to cut my cake in half and write only on half of it ha! We were invited to dinner at Grandma and Poppa's that night so they helped us celebrate. Dylan loved it and so did we...I think we have a fun new Chaires family tradition;)
