bubble run and saturday fun with family.

This is our second or third year (worst memory ever 🙈😂) participating in the bubble run. its a cute run filled with excited people, most in added accessories, tutus and costumes. there is tons of music blaring that also brings a fun energy that is contagious and almost makes you forget that you are about to run 3 miles at 8am on a saturday morning haha. anyways the boys look forward to it and always try guessing the order of bubbles colors they are going to have for them. this year was especially fun because mj and kimby joined us. the run took place at angels stadium, or as the boys would say "monster jams home" which was such a great location for so many reasons. it didn't feel crowded at all and running (walking 🙊) down on the field and then throughout the stadium was really neat. Ayden was thrilled with the fact that the huge letter A (for Ayden😉) was there just for him haha. our bubble run tradition to start out the day grabbing breakfast (carb loading😆) at panera to eat on the way also continued this year. any opportunity to encourage the boys to be active and healthy I am all for, especially when we can all do it together.

walking through the stadium really did make me want some nachos and a hot dog. 😆

After the run we headed to meet more family in newport for a little duffy ride. the weather was beyond perfect. warm with the sun shining but then a slight breeze to cool it down. the clouds were so pretty this day too. the boys favorite part was probably the fact that my dad brought tootsie pops on board for them. I had picked up these shirts when I randomly found them months ago at crazy 8's for the boys. they also sported little captain hats that they found in the store on the dock before boarding.

Our day continued... dylan had a baseball game at 4pm that evening. again the clouds were noticed while in the dug out that day. it was actually supposed to rain this day so I was thankful that the weather ended up being so beautiful. we were SO tired when we got home that day but it was worth its craziness, we made some fun memories.
